Kek Lok Si Temple Penang, Malaysia

As sanctuaries go, Kek Lok Si Temple at Penang is a moderately new sanctuary, going back just to 1891. Notwithstanding its childhood, it is one of the most significant Chinese Buddhist sanctuaries in Southeast Asia. The Temple of Supreme Bliss, as it’s otherwise called, is a great sight, with endless pictures of Buddha another Buddhist symbols and divine beings. It is the biggest Buddhist sanctuary in Malaysia and draws explorers from all through Southeast Asia. The principle feature of the complex is the Temple of Rama IV with its 10,000 Buddha carvings.
